• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• You are at least 16 years old, or if under 16, you have parental consent to use the Services.
• Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any laws or regulations.

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaming the system or abusing rewards.
• Posting spam, excessive advertising, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Uploading or sharing content that infringes upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app’s systems or networks.
• Circumventing security measures or engaging in activities that disrupt the proper functioning of the app.
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, fraud, or hacking.
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the app or manipulate user engagement.
• Engaging in activities that violate the app’s community guidelines or terms of service.
• Any other activity deemed inappropriate or harmful to the PERQ community.

These prohibited activities are intended to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and fair environment for all users of the PERQ app. Any violations may result in the termination of your account and access to the app.

No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

PERQ has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Content that is sexually explicit, including any content involving or depicting minors.
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
• Content that depicts or promotes illegal activities.

The Services may allow you to submit content, such as comments, photos, or videos (“User Contributions”). By submitting User Contributions, you grant PERQ a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Contributions in connection with the Services.

Users have the ability to report questionable content through the options list available in the app. Reported content will be promptly reviewed and investigated. Content that violates our terms may be removed, and users who submit such content may face disciplinary actions, including temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

Any content depicting sexual exploitation or abuse of children will be immediately reported to local authorities.

By using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and understand that violation may result in the termination of your account and access to the app.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and content. PERQ does not endorse or control these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or activities.

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. PERQ makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Services or any third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERQ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services or any third-party content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
